STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  Validity: This quotation is valid for a period of 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated.
2. Delivery: Delivery lead time is estimated and subject to availability.   We shall not be held liable for any delay due to circumstances beyond our control.
3. Cancellation: For specially ordered, indent, or custom-made products, once the order is confirmed, it may not be cancelled or amended without our prior written consent.   In such cases, cancellation charges may apply.
